-D.Rhöne- was born in May 2012.

It's the new solo project from Monolyth & Cobalt.

The way to -D.Rhöne- is to be close to the minimalist and repetitive music, to be close to a physical drone state.
This project is a research. in movement.

The pieces of sounds are directed in some long music parts, played, recorded and mixed in one night or/and one day, like a live set.

Each pieces are reduced at least to one instrument, maximum two. Not more than 3 musical notes and 2 effects by piece of sounds.

In this way, the composition born with the various possibilities of tempo, the texture from it and all the overlapped tones.
The duration is between 10 minutes and 20 minutes for each pieces of sounds.

Here it's a piece from the first -D.Rhöne- album, self-released, with 4 music parts, recorded in a one shot 66.32 minutes album.
available in digital recording & in a 2 Discs digisleeve physical limited edition to 50 copies with 3 Bonus songs.

Each -D.Rhöne- next album to come will be in this spirit : Live set, not more than 3/4 notes, 2 instruments maximum by pieces of sound in a 60 minutes session, not less, not more.
